En route home via Mexico, Dr. Keel makes a stop to aid the victims of a cyclone. When he encounters a man with acute food poisoning, he discovers that the cooking oil flown in is actually hydraulic fluid. Tracing the origin of the oil, Keel and another doctor follow a convoluted trail back to a financier, and Keel arrives in time to prevent the other doctor from exacting deadly revenge against the financier.
