Unbeknownst to him, Dr. Keel is transporting a new medical formula abroad which Steed has concealed in microdot form on a conference invitation card. En route to Geneva, Keel treats a young woman, then invites her to the conference, giving her the card. When Keel is arrested on murder charges, Steed locates the girl, but discovers that the person intended to receive the information is allied with the thugs trying to steal it, and who were also responsible for the murder for which Keel was accused. Steed has the man arrested, and returns home with Keel and the invitation card.
