by David K. Smith and Pete Stampede Canadian Suzanne Lloyd made appearances on both large and small screens on both sides of the Big Pond. Suzanne's early television work was in the US and hinted at a preference for westerns: Gunsmoke (1955), Disney's Zorro (1957), Colt .45 (1957), Bat Masterson (1958), Buckskin (1958), Rawhide (1959), The Twilight Zone (1959) and Maverick (1959). She migrated to the UK in 1962 and remained resident until 1974. During her stay, her credits included the likes of The Saint, in which she appeared at least six times (once was with her pseudo-doppelganger Sue Lloyd), and the Morecambe and Wise feature film, That Riviera Touch (1966). Her last role on record is as Nancy in Mousey, a TV movie from 1974 also starring Kirk Douglas. The mother of actress Tracey E. Bregman (currently appearing in the soap The Young and the Restless), Suzanne has an official presence on the web. |
