Guess what A&E finally coughed up... 18 April. The New Avengers will be available directly from A&E on 15 July. Stay tuned for more details as they arrive. (BTW, O/T, they're also releasing The Saint color megaset on 1 July, Space: 1999 Bonus Disc, and other stuff — more here.)

It's nice to know... 8 April ...that people can think and talk about things other than, well, the you-know-what in you-know-where. Take your mind off of the obvious with some new visitor reviews: "Silent Dust" by newcomer Denis Chauvet, "Death of a Great Dane" and "Conspiracy of Silence" by Darren A. Burch, and "The Living Dead," "The Hidden Tiger" and "The Correct Way to Kill" by Frankymole. Also, March feedback is online. In other rather curious news: it seems the exclusive Deep Discount New Avengers DVD offer is no longer exclusive (with thanks to David Schleicher). Please don't ask me what's going on, as I haven't a clue.

Still here. 5 April. Barely, anyway. Too much work to do, too many worrisome distractions. Today's token update: Action TV Magazine, a print magazine (how delightfully retro) frequently featuring, amongst many others, The Avengers.
