Greetings from our new home! (17 February) I'm certain many visitors were confused and concerned by the behavior of this website during the first two weeks of February. TheAvengers.TV was moved, lock stock and barrel, to a new web host. Although the new host assured me it would be a "painless transition," it proved to be anything but. It took two weeks just to get FTP access to my own website! Then there were no end of issues with database permissions and so forth. But the dust is finally settling and now I can assure visitors that things will be returning to normal. That is, except for the Forum, which is being upgraded. I decided to take the move as an opportunity to give that four-year-old code a good once-over and bring it closer to twenty-first century standards. The Forum re-launch is set for the first week in March; please be patient while I apply the finishing touches. |
