Special visitor. (23 June) On 17 June, Astor Sklair (Detective Sergeant Rogers, "Hot Snow") paid TAF a visit! After a few email exchanges, I coaxed a bit of information out of him on his career, enough for a brief bio. Not being a "TV Star," as he put it, he was reluctant to provide more details on his life. Pity, as television (indeed, any performing arts) would not survive on "stars" alone, and while all the big names are busy being stars, people like him are helping to make the industry run. But I'm genuinely grateful that he was thoughtful enough to take the time to contact me. In other news, after adding Denis' site, I thought it was high time to check all of the links—good thing, too, as it was long overdue. Lots of deadwood to clear out, several updated URLs, and a few new items added.

A French Webiversary. (21 June) Denis Chauvet, Steed3003, Philo and Estuaire44 present Le Monde des Avengers, a very fine French website that is about to celebrate its first year on the Internet. Join them at their Forum.

Slipped through the cracks. (15 June) Courtesy of the website hack on 24 April, an error cropped up in the feedback form that went unnoticed by me until this evening, when I realized I hadn't gotten any feedback for quite a long time. The good news is that most of the messages were automatically backed up in the database, and I was able to recover them; the bad news is that the reply-to email addresses were all lost. As a consequence, I've been unable to respond to the many kind remarks and bits of useful information that have been posted. If you left feedback within the last couple of months and received no reply from me, please understand I am not ignoring you! It's just been another one of those technical fires that has taken longer than it should to put out. Although the feedback form error is now sorted, I've lost touch with some thoughtful visitors. If you're among them, please leave another message, or email me directly. Thank you!

And the visitors responded. (12 June) Enjoy a bumper crop of new guest reviews, including two for the previously un-reviewed Homicide and Old Lace:

Still two episodes left to go: Death à la Carte and Trojan Horse.
